Our founders and core team have spent over a decade immersed in the country: working, guiding, curating, and connecting with people across every corner of the archipelago. What began as individual journeys — some arriving from abroad, others born and raised here — merged into a shared purpose: to help others experience Japan in a way that is both intimate and eye-opening.
